We are looking for:
Our StarTrack Bendigo facility are currently seeking an Administration Clerk to work Tuesday to Friday, permanent part time - 20 hours per week.
Roster:
Tue: 10am - 2pm
Wed: 10am - 2pm
Thu: 10am - 2pm
Fri: 7.30am - 4pm
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Greeting visitors, clients & contractors to the site prior to entry
* Management of Agency Personnel including timesheets, bookings & invoicing
* Processing of all purchase orders for the site
* Purchasing & Invoicing Register updating & maintenance (Excel)
* Processing of Staff Leave Application Forms (Kronos/Excel)
* Monitoring & reporting ie. Consumable Usage/Costs, Labour Hours
* Maintaining clean and stocked Office & Kitchenette areas
* Archiving/Filing
* Day to day general operations as required
Pay
* $30.16 p/h
* + 12% superannuation
* + Leave entitlements (pro-rata)
