An experienced Automotive Office Manager is required to take control of a busy dealership administration department currently undergoing operational rebuild and restructuring. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a strong dealership administration professional who thrives on creating structure, improving accountability and driving efficient office performance. You’ll oversee a team of approximately 4–5 administration staff while ensuring critical dealership functions including debtors, creditors, reconciliations and warranty processing remain accurate, current and compliant. The business is seeking someone capable of stepping in confidently, managing the office independently and implementing strong day-to-day operational controls. Experience using Auto-IT will be highly regarded. This opportunity would suit an experienced Dealership Office Manager, Senior Assistant Accountant or Administration Manager ready to take ownership of a key operational function within the business.
