Maths Teacher Years 7 – 12
We seek an experienced and passionate teacher who :
Has relevant qualifications and confidence in teaching Years 7 – 12 within a leading boys school.
Has an excellent understanding of QCE syllabus requirements of the Maths curriculum with the ability to teach senior General and Methods (ability to teach Specialist is also an advantage).
Has a passion for designing and delivering engaging lessons within a contemporary learning framework.
Is experienced and confident in differentiating the curriculum in the classroom to cater for all learning styles and needs.
Is a positive, energetic and collaborative contributor to a highly successful department and is committed to continuous improvement of educational outcomes.
Has strong assessment and reporting skills, including maintaining accurate records and communicating student progress to both students and families.
Has a track record of positive engagement with parents, colleagues, and the wider school community.
Upholds high standards of professional conduct, integrity, and teamwork.
Is committed to supporting student wellbeing and Child Safe standards.
Current Queensland College of Teacher Registration.
