About the role
As Communications Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of content that supports publicity, campaigns, events, and presentation initiatives. You'll ensure all messaging aligns with our brand voice and strategic priorities, while fostering collaboration across departments to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our internal and external audiences. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, key responsibilities include:
* Developing and delivering communication strategies that support internal and external brand and engagement objectives
* Creating content for multi-channel communication plans including publicity, campaigns, events, and educational initiatives
* Ensuring consistency in messaging and tone across all platforms in line with brand guidelines
* Collaborating with product, marketing, sales, servicing and other teams to develop impactful narratives
* Managing the communications calendar
* Managing internal communications to enhance employee engagement and alignment
All about you
We are seeking a communications professional who brings creativity, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset. You will ideally have:
* A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline
* 5+ years' experience in a communications, content, or brand role (preferably within Financial Services)
* Proven ability to develop and deliver integrated communication strategies
* Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats
* Strong stakeholder engagement and project management capabilities
* A keen eye for detail and a passion for brand consistency and audience engagement
