As a Parts Inventory Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spare parts supply chain. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, processing customer inquiries, and providing accurate quotations for parts availability.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock quantities.
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts availability and pricing.
* Process transfers, invoicing, and all parts-related documentation in a timely manner.
* Provide accurate quotations to customers for parts availability.
* Conduct monthly stock takes of capital equipment and parts inventory.
* Inspect received freight and ensure all parts are accounted for and in good condition.
* Organize incoming parts into their designated locations and communicate with team members regarding urgent arrivals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in parts management or a similar role.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
* Basic computer literacy, particularly in inventory management systems.
