We're searching for a passionate and experienced Distribution Centre Manager to lead our VIC operations.

What you'll do: Oversee daily warehouse operations, from goods receipt through to dispatch.
Manage inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and security of all assets.
Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS standards, and safety protocols.
Analyse operational performance and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and service levels.

What we're looking for: Proven experience leading warehouse or distribution operations (ideally within FMCG, retail, or industrial sectors).
Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands‑on, people‑first approach.
Solid understanding of WHS practices and continuous improvement principles.
Competency in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment.
