**About the Role**
We are currently seeking to appoint a Communications Officer with a leading NSW Government agency to provide the corporate branding and communications requirements of the Anti-Discrimination Board 2 days per week.
Key accountabilities include:
- Produce all Anti-Discrimination Board communications including concept development, costing, writing, editing, photography, design, approval and production for media releases, factsheets, guidelines, brochures, posters, advertisements, promotional materials, annual report and other materials as required.
- Active Daily management of the Board’s online interactive communications including website, e[1]newsletters and social media
- Maintain relationships with key providers such as digital media providers, printers, graphic designers, photographers
- Contribute to Community Engagement Team and Board-wide planning and policy initiatives.
- Participate in outreach and community events as required
**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in communications or a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Sound working knowledge and understanding of a broad range of contemporary communications activities including marketing, writing, editing, design, use of graphic design software, print production, digital production, websites and social media
- Demonstrated ability to develop cutting-edge and flexible communications strategy and materials to meet organisational goals
