Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality customer service, assisting with uniform outfitting and kitting
* Maintain accurate work‐order and inventory records
* Support clothing store operations and ensure stock accuracy
* Conduct professional tailoring measurements and fittings
* Perform seamstress/seamsperson tasks, including sewing rank badges, medals, and insignia
* Complete basic clothing alterations such as hemming
* Manage workload scheduling and meet production deadlines
About You
* Australian citizenship (mandatory)
* Strong customer‐service mindset and professional communication skills
* Experience in clothing measurement and fitting
* Experience in garment alterations
* Knowledge of clothing store operations and inventory management
* Proven ability to schedule tasks and meet deadlines
* Confident use of Microsoft Office applications for record keeping
