We have an opportunity for the right person to join our established Telesales team as a Customer Service Representative, based at our Rockingham site. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service experience and will be involved in day-to-day Telesales, customer service and communication with our established customer base.
This is a part-time position with the hours being:
8:00am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday

What type of work will I be doing in this role? Everyday tasks include but not limited to:
* Accurate processing of inbound orders via phone and email
* Calling existing customers to confirm orders
* Confirming web-based orders
* Promoting new products, upselling and cross-selling where applicable
* Responding to and resolving customer queries
* General admin duties and sales support tasks
