Global bank looking for a Direct Investor Service Officer for their Asset Management Client Servicing

**Your new role**
The Direct Investor Service Officer is part of Client Coverage Australia and serves as a primary point of contact for Direct Investors around investing in various funds.
- Respond to ad hoc client issues, queries and complaints in a timely manner
- Identify and recommend methods to reduce risks, increase controls and assure quality
- Identify opportunities to develop new procedures and controls to create more efficient processes
- Be a contact point and manage relationship with Service Provider and Vendor
- Handling of requests/escalations according to the Service Level Agreement with the Service Provider
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline e.g. Commerce, Law, Accounting or similar
- 1+ year banking or asset management experience
- Strong communication skills to effectively deal with clients
- Self-motivated, quick learner and enthusiastic
