* Implementing engaging curriculum programs for students from years 7-12, fostering creativity, problem-solving skills and collaboration among students.
* Creating inclusive learning environments that cater to diverse needs and abilities, ensuring equal opportunities for all students to succeed.
* Developing positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents to enhance student learning outcomes and promote a culture of excellence within the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching
- Design and deliver high-quality lesson plans and curricula in line with Australian Curriculum requirements.
Leadership
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues in the development of their teaching practices and curriculum planning.
Community Engagement
- Foster partnerships with local industries and organisations to provide students with real-world learning experiences and career pathways.

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, parents and external partners.
