Remuneration:$132, $150,222.00 per annum (+ super + 17.5% leave loading where applicable)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Leadership Development and Pathways to lead the implementation of Murrumbidgee Local Health District's Leadership Strategy and Our People Our Future approach.

In this critical role, you will design, deliver and evaluate leadership, management and talent development initiatives that build capability, support workforce pathways, and enhance the experience of staff, patients and communities.

You will work closely with the Education and Organisational Development leadership team and partner across the organisation to embed a shared leadership culture.

Key responsibilities include:

* Developing, implementing and evaluating evidence-based leadership, management and talent programs.
* Leading district-wide initiatives aligned to Our People Our Future and the MLHD Leadership and Management Strategy.
* Applying project and change management principles to deliver complex programs of work.
* Building strong internal and external partnerships to support whole-of-system thinking.
* Providing strategic advice on entry-level workforce pathways.
* Preparing reports, evaluations and briefs to inform decision-making.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will bring:

* Relevant tertiary qualifications (or equivalent experience) in leadership, organisational development, adult education, HR, psychology or a related field.
* Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
* Well-developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* A commitment to shared leadership, teamwork and continuous improvement.
