Marketing Coordinator – Containers for Change
Western Australia Return Recycle Renew (WARRRL) is the Scheme Coordinator for Containers for Change, leading Western Australia's recycling revolution.
In just over five years, we've helped divert more than 4.8 billion containers from landfill, growing the container recovery rate from 33% to 66%, and supporting a diverse network of over 300 refund points. These refund points create meaningful employment through commercial operators, social enterprises and not-for-profit organisations across the state.
Now two years into our strategic plan, WARRRL is focussed on delivering the next phase of impact.

The Opportunity

Are you passionate about marketing and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you have agency or client-side marketing experience and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment? We have an exciting opportunity to join our Brand and Marketing team as our Marketing Coordinator.
In this dynamic role, you will work on a great WA brand, Containers for Change, ensuring brand consistency and optimising the customer journey. You will provide a range of marketing services from the development of printed and digital materials to general marketing support across the business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders providing marketing support, to ensure quality outcomes and management of the Containers for Change brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and delivering a high standard of marketing collateral and activation mechanics to support the Growth, Community Development and Network Delivery functions
* Development of in-store marketing tools to drive commercial projects.
* Development and approval of conference materials, toolkits, brochures and displays.
* Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, team members, other colleagues, and partners that support the delivery of design and communication projects.
* Coordinating and supporting development and management of incoming briefs to support business development and operations key strategic projects.
* Working alongside a creative team to ensure consistency of corporate and consumer branding on business and customer-facing materials.
* Supporting the development of content and material that educates and engages those participating in the Containers for Change scheme.
* Maintaining and updating digital images, logos, and all produced artworks.

About you

Key Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant marketing experience.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, for presenting ideas, writing content and collaborating with team members.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a small team and produce results within tight time frames.
* Agency and/or client-side marketing experience highly regarded.
