As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping Queensland's land and property landscape. The role involves overseeing cadastral work, client interaction, and mentoring junior surveyors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing professional advice to clients
* Preparing quotations
* Certifying cadastral work
* Conducting quality assurance
* Mentoring and supervising surveyors and assistants
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Cadastral Endorsement with the Surveyors Board of Queensland and substantial experience in cadastral surveying. They must also have strong working knowledge of relevant survey legislation and standards, proven use of surveying software and modern field equipment, a current driver's license and White Card, confidence in client engagement and project estimation, and familiarity with Queensland's land regulations and systems.
