Casey Optometrist is a modern, well- established practice proudly serving our community for nearly 10 years. Located in a vibrant shopping centre, we are known for delivering exceptional patient care and personalised eyewear solutions.
Our friendly and experienced team of optometrists and optical dispensers work collaboratively to create a welcoming environment where both patients and staff feel valued.
We are currently seeking an experienced Optical Dispenser to join our team in a part‐time capacity.
Working days
* Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
* Additional Saturdays will be required: 9:00am – 5:00pm
About the Role
This role is ideal for a motivated and customer‐focused Optical Dispenser who enjoys helping patients find the perfect eyewear solution.
Responsibilities
* Assisting patients with frame styling and lens selection tailored to their lifestyle and visual needs
* Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive patient experience
* Managing reception duties including answering calls and booking appointments
* Performing spectacle adjustments, fittings and minor repairs
* Working collaboratively with optometrists and team members to achieve the best outcomes for patients

* Previous experience in optical dispensing
* Strong customer service and communication skills
