After recognising the need for a better online solution in the electrical wholesale industry, we designed and developed a platform specific to what electrical contractors were asking for.

Our team of over 400 experienced professionals is rapidly growing as we expand from our main distribution centre on the Gold Coast to state-of-the-art, distribution centres in Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane.
About the Role
We now seek an engaging and people-first National Operations Manager to lead, stabilise and scale operations across our six distribution centres. This role will be based at our Head Office in Helensvale (QLD) – close to the M1, local shopping centre and only 15 minutes from the nearest beach. We also have an onsite café!
Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a builder role, not a caretaker role. The successful candidate will design fit-for-purpose operational frameworks, standardise where it adds value, and retain local flexibility where it matters.
You will need to think fast on your feet and act as a trusted advisor to the Executive team, providing guidance on process improvement, strategic planning, resource management and cross-functional coordination.
