Job Specification
As Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the pharmacy's daily operations and leading a small team to deliver top‐tier customer service and health care. You'll be dispensing, counselling, checking nursing home medication packs, and providing professional services in a forward pharmacy model.
You'll be expected to manage store performance, ensuring alignment with key objectives and budgets, while also driving customer loyalty through excellent service delivery.
This is a fixed‐term contract role (18 months) to cover parental leave, with potential for ongoing work at another site post‐contract.
Skills Required
* General AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
* 3 years experience as a pharmacist in Australia.
* Confidence in sole pharmacist responsibilities.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to deliver health services and engage in forward pharmacy.
* Experience with Fred computer system advantageous.
Salary & Benefits
* Hourly rate of $55-$60/hr (depending on experience).
* Relocation assistance up to $2,500 available.
* 5‐day sole pharmacist allowance paid.
