About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Salesperson/Interpreter to join our team at Bathurst Toyota. The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
The position will involve the following:
* Liaise with customers to assist with spare parts and accessories enquiries
* Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts.
* Use of online manufacturer’s portal to locate and source parts.
* Producing quotes for panel shops and mechanical workshops
* Processing of customer orders and/or quotes through the DMS system (Tune)
* Assist with stock checking and order processing
* Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high level standard of customer service
The successful candidate will need the following:
* Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
* Parts interpreting skills preferred
* Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Current drivers license
