We are seeking a highly organized and approachable Receptionist to be the first point of contact in our small but busy real estate office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in creating a positive first impression, and has strong communication skills.
Your role will include:
* Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and professional manner
* Answering and directing phone calls and emails
* Providing administrative support to the sales and property management team
* Loading property advertisements online
* Maintaining office presentation and supplies
* Data entry and file management
Requirements:
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Professional presentation and a friendly attitude
* Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, database use)
* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
* Previous reception or administration experience (real estate experience an advantage, but not essential)
