Summary about the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in service desk Incident Management, End User Tools, Windows, Networking, and Desktop Support. This role is hybrid, with day shifts and no travel required.
On A Day-to-day, You'll Find Yourself: Handling end user calls and supporting remote users.Rotating roster 24/7.Serving as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system.Invoking Major Incident process for high priority incidents.Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues.Logging all service requests accurately and tracking incidents to resolution.Providing support for Windows, MS Office, printers, VPN, and common enterprise applications.Escalating unresolved issues to Level 2/3 support as necessary.Following standard procedures for proper escalation and incident handling.Maintaining technical documentation and user guides.Assisting in onboarding/offboarding processes such as setting up user accounts and configuring workstations. To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Possess: Good communication, customer service, and strong team player skills.ITIL knowledge.Experience in end user handling.Ability to handle a 24/7 rotating roster.Service Desk knowledge in Windows/Networking/End User Tools.Remote Desktop Support – Remote Incident Management/Change LifeCycle Management.Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with help desk software and remote desktop tools.
