The role operates in the Darling Downs region, covering farms from Goondiwindi to Dalby.
The Role Summary:
* Lead Farm Managers and develop a committed multi-cultural workforce.
* Drive operations for productivity, efficiency, and strategic objectives delivery.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and collaborate with national leadership for strategy alignment.
* Oversee CAPEX, financial reports, site audits, and inventory management.
* Ensure adherence to legislation, animal welfare, biosecurity, and environmental obligations.
About You:
* A proven leader with experience in managing agribusiness or intensive livestock operations.
* Commercially focused, operationally skilled, and culturally aware.
* Relevant qualifications in Agriculture, Business, or similar fields.
