About the Role:
The Administration Officer will provide efficient and effective administration and secretariat support to the Medical Director of Sexual Health Services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative and secretariat support to the Medical Director.
* Manage diary appointments, telephone enquiries, and jobs list.
* Support the Director in recruitment, reporting, rostering of staff and students, leave planning and requests, purchasing and reporting on staff leave, training and payroll matters.
* Plan, prioritize, and organize own work to achieve results and meet deadlines in a high-volume demanding work environment.
* Utilize a wide range of computer hardware, software, and electronic systems to complete work activities.
