About the role Based at Riverview, Queensland, the RTO Manager will lead the operations, compliance, and quality of JBS Australia's Registered Training Organisation (RTO). With JBS's scale, complexity, and national footprint, this is a career-defining opportunity to shape the workforce capability across one of Australia's largest employers. You will lead a committed team, drive innovation and continuous improvement, and build strong partnerships with industry, government, and internal stakeholders to ensure training solutions meet the operational and regulatory needs of a dynamic, blue-collar workforce. You will also have full ownership of the national RTO budget and be responsible for reporting on financial performance, ensuring the RTO remains sustainable, efficient, and aligned to JBS’s strategic objectives. About you You will be a passionate, hands-on leader with significant RTO management experience, ideally gained within a large, operationally focused, blue-collar business. Your expertise will span compliance, stakeholder engagement, contract negotiation, and operational excellence. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher) is essential, alongside a strategic mindset and excellent communication skills.
