About the Role
As a Landscape Foreman, you will take ownership of projects from commencement through to completion, leading a crew while ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day site activities, maintaining quality control, communicating with the Project Manager and Coordinator, and ensuring your team has the support and direction needed to succeed.
What We're Looking For
You may come from a landscaping, carpentry, concreting, pool construction, or general building background. The right person will:
* Lead by example and take pride in producing quality work
* Have experience supervising crews and coordinating site activities
* Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and management
* Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient worksite
* Be proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
* Take ownership and accountability for project outcomes
What You'll Need
* Minimum 5 years' experience in landscaping or a related construction trade
* Previous Foreman, Leading Hand, or supervisory experience preferred
* Ability to read and interpret 2D construction plans
* Strong knowledge of construction methods and site practices
* Competency operating tools and equipment relevant to the role
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks on site
