Reporting to the Specialist Business Services, this will be a key role providing an excellent standard of support to all levels of administration in the Process Plant area.
About you: As a touchpoint to all departments you will have an advanced level of communication both written and verbal.
With a keen eye and attention to detail, your focus will be on accuracy and quality output whilst being able to manage competing priorities and volumes.
Duties: Onboarding of new employees ad contractors, travel and accommodation bookings, roster tracking and amendments Supporting internal and external stakeholders through CRM tools, with calendar management and meeting bookings, site notices, presentations, and various compliance reporting Data entry supporting financial processes using SAP Provide excellent customer service in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with organisation policies and procedures Department administrative duties to support the processing team members Skills and Experience: Extensive experience in an office administration role dealing with internal and external customers Proficient in the use of SAP and/or INX Certificate IV in Business Administation or equivalent (Desirable) Advanced skill level in Microsoft Suite applications Mine Site Facilities: Modern, comfortable camp accommodation High quality gourmet food options (vegan, gluten free and healthy options) Large fully equipped gym facility, as well as a gym specifically for females Heated outdoor swimming pool Beach Volleyball court and Golf simulators Village shop and extensive supporting amenities In-room entertainment with comprehensive content and own-device casting capability Active social club with community events and activities for employees Lifestyle, Learning and Recreation initiative which provide events for your family How to apply Click APPLY to submit your application.
