WISE Employment is seeking a motivated Learning and Development (L&D) Trainer and Advisor. Your new role will support the learning and professional development needs of all WISE employees. You will work closely with all WISE divisions and other stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs and initiatives, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organisation, supporting employees' growth, engagement, and overall performance.

To be considered for this role…
· You will have experience with the DES/IEA or WFA contract (essential)
· You have full Australian working rights
· You hold a full Australian driver's license
· You are willing to obtain a National Police Check
· You are able to pass a Working with Children Check
· You are willing to travel across the State, and nationally

Key Selection Criteria:
· You have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
· Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in using MS Office and communication technologies (eg. Internet, Intranet, Email, Webex/Lync).
· Strong organisational and planning skills.
· Extensive knowledge of Employment Services contract knowledge and contract compliance.
· Ability to understand WISE best practise service delivery and train others on this.
· Sound knowledge of training methodologies.
· Substantial experience in facilitating and delivering training or substantial experience within the Employment Services Industry.
· Work independently and within a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
· Ability to meet competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
· Develop industry standard training packages, policies and procedures and forms.
· Ability to develop and deliver training content.
· Ability to travel to all WISE offices nationally.
· Ability to coach staff with a range of skills, expertise and experience.
· Strong report writing and record keeping ability.
· A sense of urgency, responsibility and accountability.
· Commitment to personal learning and development.
· Professional in business dealings and outlook including personal presentation and communication, dependability, following instructions and work ethic.
· Commitment to the principles of dignity, privacy and confidentiality.
