**Job Role**:
You will work alongside our team to produce products daily. You will learn the details of running BOH and a kitchen. You will get involved in all areas of production.

- You are reliable, kind, friendly and pride yourself on achieving great results.
- You should have the appropriate Food Safety and Hygiene standards certification.
- You will have good spoken and written English
**Key Tasks**:
- Chef:
- Making cake batters & buttercream
- Baking cupcakes & cakes
- Piping & decorating cupcakes
- Masking & decorating cakes
- Making simple fondant decorations
- Making meringue kisses & cakepops
- Making chocolate ganache, salted caramel, sugar brittle
- Fulfilling custom cake/cupcake orders
- Give private masterclasses to individual students and small groups of people
Administrative:
- Checking & ordering stock
- Creating appropriate workflow that varies every day
- Organising the kitchen
- Maintaining food safety standards, hygiene and cleanliness

Minimum four days per week commitment.
