Lead a Kindergarten Program with Passion and Expertise
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Kindergarten Teacher to lead our kindergarten program. As a key member of our team, you will design and implement a stimulating, play-based curriculum that aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and our school's framework.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Design and Implement Curriculum: Develop and deliver a high-quality kindergarten program that fosters creativity, curiosity, and confidence in children.
* Mentor and Support Educators: Provide guidance and support to educators within your room to achieve excellence in practice and improve outcomes for children.
* Built Relationships: Build strong relationships with families, children, and your team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
* Create Engaging Environments: Design and maintain engaging environments that promote learning, creativity, and social-emotional development.
To Be Successful in This Role:
* Qualifications: Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
* Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher.
* Certifications: VIT Registration (Provisional or Full), current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
* Skills: Demonstrated understanding of quality, compliance, and curriculum planning, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
