Role Description
We are seeking a full‐time Production Coordinator for our on‐site operation in Adelaide, SA. The Production Coordinator will oversee and manage day‐to‐day production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams to meet production targets, managing resources effectively, and maintaining operational workflows to deliver on customer requirements. The Production Coordinator will also collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes.

* Proficiency in production planning, supply chain management, and resource allocation
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively
* Experience with quality assurance processes, compliance, and regulatory standards
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Problem‐solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
* Awareness of health, safety, and environmental best practices
* Familiarity with industry‐specific tools or software for production management
* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a science related field is highly preferred
* Previous experience in a production management or similar role is highly advantageous
