Responsibilities
What key tasks will you be responsible for?
* Conducting open and private property inspections with prospective tenants
* Conducting routine inspections to ensure our clients\' investments are being appropriately maintained
* Working closely with prospective tenants to qualify their suitability and qualify their references
* Management of tenant enquiries and coordinating inspection times and access
* Detailed completion of ingoing and outgoing condition reports.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
* A current SA Property Manager License
* Current driver\'s license and a reliable vehicle
* Excellent communication skills and presentation
* Fluency in English and Mandarin is desirable
* A passion for customer service and working with people
* Great time management and organisation skills
* Exemplary attention to detail
* High level of computer literacy
* Positive, resilient nature and team player
* Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in residential property management is preferable
* Proficiency in property management software (PropertyMe) and Microsoft Office suite
* Must be able to pass police background check and provide professional references
