Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

Remuneration: $82K - $85K + Super + Salary Packaging + Mileage Reimbursement + Employee Discounts

About The Role:

Join Lutheran Services to grow NDIS clients and services across Nambour and surrounds. You'll connect with people, spark community relationships, and turn interest into booked starts—helping more people access the supports they need. Work with purpose, a kind team, and clear goals.

* Grow NDIS clients – build a quality pipeline and convert to sustainable starts.
* Engage the community – show up at talks, info stalls and forums; be our friendly face locally.
* Build referrers – LACs, plan managers, hospitals, community groups, congregations.
* Keep momentum – simple estimates, timely follow-ups, clean handovers to service teams.
* Track what matters – update the CRM and share quick, useful progress reports.

About You:

* 4+ years in business development/sales or community services (NDIS/disability experience welcomed).
* A people person—great listener, clear communicator, confident presenter.
* Organised, reliable, and comfortable working to goals.
* Working knowledge of NDIS frameworks and community outreach.
* Values-led: empowerment, integrity, kindness, innovation.

How Success Is Measured:

* New NDIS clients started each month.
* Conversion rate from qualified lead to start.
* Growth in active referrer relationships and community reach.

Lutheran Services is a not-for-profit organisation, providing exceptional care and support to communities across Queensland for the past 90 years.

Located in Nambour on the Sunshine Coast, our Graceville Centre provides support to individuals living with a mental illness and/or disability. All Graceville services are conducted by working with individuals in a strength based and recovery focused framework.

We draw on our rich Lutheran tradition of caring for everyone – the individual, family and the community. We support older people, young people and their families, people living with a disability or mental illness, and families experiencing domestic violence and hardship.

Together with the congregations that founded us, we've been serving Queenslanders since 1935. We are a not-for-profit organisation with more than 2,200 dedicated people, working across more than 20 sites from South-East to Central Queensland.
