Our Slacks Creek Showroom is one of our 10 boutique locations across Australia and we’re seeking an experienced and passionate leader to be part of our management team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the culture, performance, and experience of our newest showroom location.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the 3IC, you will play a key role in supporting the Showroom Management Team in leading a high-performing team and delivering a world-class bridal experience.
What you’ll be doing:
Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective selling techniques
Assisting with daily showroom operations and sales floor leadership
Providing personalised, emotional, and consultative service to each bride
Maintaining visual merchandising standards and store presentation
Training, mentoring, and supporting the showroom team
Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and retail standards
About You
You are warm, and performance-driven, with strong leadership capabilities and a love for bridal. You embody our Luv Bridal Core Values : Heart, Glitter, Bold, One, Authentic
You bring:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisor, 3IC, or Assistant Store Manager role
Proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team in a premium/luxury sales environment
A passion for styling and an eye for detail
Strong emotional intelligence and client-centric mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication
A professional, poised, and polished presence
Full-time availability to work a roster, either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
Bridal experience is highly regarded but not essential, we’ll provide the training to help you succeed.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO A BRIDE’S SPECIAL DAY
It is a true privilege to support and guide a bride throughout her bridal journey.
Develop an in-depth understanding of our diverse and inclusive gown range to assist brides in making an informed and confident decision.
Maintain exceptional attention to detail to ensure all gowns meet our high-quality standards.
Curate and manage the display of gowns to ensure they are presented in an impeccable and visually appealing manner.
Deliver a personalised, memorable experience for every bride, ensuring their journey is as special as the moment they find "the one."
Utilise strong interpersonal skills to build emotional connections with brides and their companions, fostering a supportive and caring atmosphere.
Champion our unique offerings by promoting our range and customisation options, ensuring every bride finds a gown they feel truly "LUV" in.
Complete administrative duties, including managing bookings, maintaining communication with brides, and tracking gown payments efficiently.
Actively contribute to the cleanliness and organisation of the boutique, ensuring it maintains the high-end experience that every bride deserves.
