This is a 12-month fixed-term contract where you'll act as the link between Sales and Engineering—turning customer requirements into practical, high-quality solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
* Review and manage design requests, modifications and custom solutions.
* Translate customer needs into technical specifications and scope.
* Support major tenders and project bids.
* Work with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver outcomes.
* Drive process improvement and standardisation across engineering.
What we are looking for
* Engineering qualification (or relevant industry experience) with knowledge of design processes and systems.
* Solid understanding of mechanical/hydraulic engineering.
* Working knowledge of low voltage electrical systems.
* Systems savvy individual with exposure to design software.
* Experience working across sales, engineering or technical environments.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
