Elevate and grow your career in home lending
How will I help?
As a Home Finance Manager in our Randwick branch, you’ll help Australians achieve their dream of home ownership. Using your solid understanding of mortgage products and services and the local market, you’ll build great relationships with our customers. Service will become second nature as you meet with customers to understand their financial needs and goals, matching them with financial products that bring those goals closer to reality.
What’s in it for me?
You’ll play a significant part in the future of a business that has been around for over 200 years. Our purpose is to create better futures together. We’ll support your career development, offer internal career prospects, and provide flexible working arrangements. You’ll continue to learn and grow in your career, backed by a fantastic team. We offer generous paid and unpaid parental leave for your nominated primary and support carers, including leave for adoptions, surrogacy, and foster care arrangements, while continuing to pay your super contributions during your leave.
What do I need?
Experience with home lending is essential. You should be familiar with the end-to-end home lending process and have a passion for helping people. If you pride yourself on doing the right thing and putting customers first, we’re eager to talk with you. If you have drive, ambition, and enjoy a challenge, we should connect.
