Practice Manager Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to take on a varied role in a supportive environment that offers PEOPLE LEADERSHIP, CLIENT ENGAGEMENT, AND DAY-TO-DAY CLINIC ADMINISTRATION.
The primary function of this position is to support staff members in their clinic. The key indicators of success are their well-being, productivity, and engagement.
To be successful in this role, you will have had several years of experience in an HR/Admin role, or leading a team (20+) with people management experience and be able to demonstrate the following:
* People management skills, with experience managing a team, performing check-ins and 1-on-1s with staff
* Self-starter, high level of emotional intelligence, able to work autonomously
* Effective delegation, strategic thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
* Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written
* Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
* Assertive and patient communicator
* Committed to learning and implementing new skills
* Committed to advancing the lives of people with disabilities
* Understanding and respect for cultural diversity and differing abilities
