Uses floor scrubber and mop to clean floors. Washes dishes and utensils including cooking utensils, cleans kitchen, maintains records of cleaning duties completed to comply with Food Safety regulations Cleans and sanitises equipment after use e.g. dishwasher, removes waste from kitchen Might be called upon deliver meals to patients on the wards, collect trollies and empty meal trays from wards, may assist with in between meals deliveries.
