Y Whittlesea is on the lookout for experienced tennis coaches to provide amazing coaching experiences for people of all ages at the Y Leisure City in Epping. Enjoy a fun, dynamic and supportive team environment. This is a casual opportunity supporting our tennis programmes throughout the week, with possible additional hours from Monday to Saturday.
Key Duties
* Providing on‐court coaching according to programmes developed by the Head Coach – Tennis.
* Assisting the Head Coach to implement innovative coaching programmes focusing on participation within the community at all levels.
* Displaying enthusiasm, patience, respect and innovation to students and the team.
* Ensuring high standards of customer service and quality programmes are always maintained.
* Being friendly, approachable and helpful to all students and their parents/guardians where applicable.

What We Hope You'll Bring

* Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Check dated within the last 6 months (or willingness to obtain).
* International Police Check if you have lived outside Australia in the last 5 years.
* A passion for tennis and demonstrated coaching experience.
* A fun, positive and supportive demeanour.
* Strong communication skills.
* The ability to engage patrons of all ages, cultures and abilities.
* Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
* A tennis coaching qualification is not necessary but would be highly regarded.
