This Bathurst-based, boutique accounting firm is seeking a motivated Client Manager / Senior Accountant to be the main point of contact for all clients. The Role
Manage your own portfolio of clients across compliance and advisory
Prepare tax returns and financial statements for companies, trusts, and partnerships
Provide business advisory, tax planning, and structuring guidance
Review work completed by junior staff and mentor team members, supporting their professional growth
Be the main point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships
About You
4–5+ years’ experience in an Australian accounting firm
CA or CPA qualified, or working towards your qualification
Passionate about helping local businesses succeed
Professional, approachable, and able to build strong client relationships
