We're looking for a senior marketer who enjoys taking ownership of their portfolio in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

About the role

Within the role you will lead the development and delivery of high-impact recruitment campaigns that position Hunter New England as an employer of choice.

You will hold strategic ownership of the nursing, midwifery and medical recruitment portfolio, serving as the internal marketing expert while also contributing to broader employer brand and workforce strategy.

What your day-to-day will look like:

* Design targeted recruitment campaigns that attract high-calibre nurses, midwives and medical clinicians, both domestically and overseas

* Lead multiple end-to-end campaigns at once, from ideation, content creation, execution to optimisation and storytelling

* Create engaging digital content (social posts, digital media, written pieces) that showcase our people and career opportunities

* Partner with recruitment officers, hiring managers and communications teams to align campaigns with workforce priorities

* Manage advertising across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms

* Bring our employer brand to life - attending recruitment events, travelling across the district (Newcastle, Tamworth, Armidale, Forster and beyond) and capturing real stories from our people

* You are confident in stakeholder management and pitching ideas to influence decisions
