Job Description
We are seeking a professional and proactive Building Concierge to join our Real Estate Management Services team. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming and secure environment for tenants, visitors, contractors, and suppliers. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring exceptional service and smooth building operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist visitors, tenants, contractors, and suppliers with professionalism to create an exceptional first impression.
* Act as the central point of reference for building information and services, ensuring clear communication and support.
* Monitor lobby and Loading Bay activity to prevent unauthorized access, maintaining safety and security.
* Identify and address safety, security, and maintenance issues promptly, coordinating solutions with relevant teams.
* Perform Chief Fire Warden duties and manage emergency procedures to ensure compliance and occupant safety.
* Support operational efficiency and enhance tenant experience, driving satisfaction and brand reputation.
Qualifications
