This role supports delivery of end-to-end web applications in a highly visible program environment where quality engineering and modern DevOps practices are key.
About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly capable Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications across the entire technology stack — from UI and APIs through to databases, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines. You'll work in a collaborative Agile team, contributing to technical design discussions, solution build, and continuous improvement of engineering quality.
Key Responsibilities
1) Application Development
* Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications.
* Build reusable components and libraries for future use.
* Translate UI/UX designs into functional, intuitive user interfaces.
2) Back-End Engineering
* Develop RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
* Implement business logic, workflows, and data processing services.
* Ensure scalable, secure, robust server-side architecture.
3) Database Management
* Design relational and/or NoSQL database schemas.
* Optimise queries for performance and reliability.
* Ensure data integrity and implement backup strategies.
4) DevOps & Cloud
* Deploy applications to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
* Build and automate CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
* Monitor application performance, logging, and alerting.
5) Code Quality & Collaboration
* Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
* Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
* Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams.

* APIs: REST, GraphQL, WebSockets.
Soft Skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Desirable (Nice to Have)
* Experience with microservices architectures.
