We’re on the hunt for a passionate and dynamic Director to guide our vibrant Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program to new heights!

Trinity College is a multi-site, independent, co-educational Anglican College founded in a liberal educational tradition in northern Adelaide. Your Purpose

Reporting to the Director of Business Administration and with a strong support network, the OSHC Director will be responsible for managing and delivering the effective and efficient operation of the Out of School Hours Care program in accordance with school policies, management guidelines and statutory requirements. The OSHC Director will have guidance from College Leadership and Administration Staff as they run this established program and meet the needs of students in their care.

What We’re Looking For:

* A Heart for Kids: You thrive in creating safe, inclusive, and enriching spaces where children feel valued, heard, and supported.
* Experience & Qualifications: A relevant ACEQA approved qualification and demonstrated industry experience in a comparable role is essential.
(Qualifications include a Diploma, Cert III or IV in: Education, Care and Disability; Behavioural & Social Sciences; Community Services; Health; Allied Health; Sport & Recreation; Creative Arts)
* A Creative Spark: You have fresh ideas for fun activities and creative experiences that will engage and challenge young learners
* Team Player: Collaboration is key! You’re eager to work with a team of like-minded professionals to create a positive and supportive environment for both children and colleagues
* A Positive Role Model: You lead by example, showing kindness, patience, and a genuine care for the children, your team and the community.

Your Day Will Include:

* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of educators to deliver an enriching and compliant OSHC program.
* Design and coordinate experiences that align with the My Time, Our Place Framework and meet or exceed the National Quality Standard (NQS).
* Ensure all aspects of the service meet ACECQA and Education Standards Board (ESB) requirements—without losing sight of fun, curiosity, and child-led learning.
* Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, schools, and community stakeholders.
* Drive quality improvement and champion a team culture that’s positive, proactive, and playful.
