About the Role
Due to continual business demands our South Guildford Branch is seeking a Casual Retail Sales Advisor to join its busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing excellent customer service
* Customer service on our bricks and masonry products both in person and over the phone;
* Liaise with customers on product and delivery requirements;
* Consult with customers to help them make purchasing decisions including up to date product information
* Process sales and conduct payment transactions
* Making and receiving phone enquiries to discuss products and customer enquiries in a timely manner
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you must have:
* Previous experience in a sales and customer liaison role (similar industry would be highly regarded);
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work in a busy team environment to meet customer needs
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with the team;
* Ability to work Saturday mornings if required support other retail outlets to cover staff or training needs.
* Forklift ticket highly regarded
