About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce configuration expert with deep expertise in Field Service operations to lead, optimise, and scale our Salesforce environment. This is not an entry-level admin role — we are looking for someone who has designed and implemented complex Salesforce ecosystems and can operate autonomously at a strategic level.
You will take ownership of our Salesforce setup, ensuring it is efficient, scalable, and aligned with real-world service delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end Salesforce configuration and optimization
* Architect and manage Field Service workflows (job allocation, scheduling, dispatch, mobile workflows)
* Design scalable systems for high-volume service operations
* Improve lead → booking → job completion → billing pipeline
* Configure and optimise:
o Flows, automations, and validation rules
o Objects, fields, and page layouts
o Reports and dashboards for operational visibility
* Integrate Salesforce with external tools (dialers, payment systems, apps)
* Reduce manual processes through automation and system design
* Troubleshoot performance issues and implement best‐practice solutions
* Provide strategic input on scaling operations and CRM architecture
Required Experience
* 10+ years Salesforce experience (Admin / Consultant / Architect level)
* Deep hands‐on experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL)
* Proven track record building systems for:
o Service-based businesses
o Field technician / mobile workforce environments
* Strong experience with:
o Flow Builder (advanced)
o Process automation
o Complex object relationships
* Experience integrating Salesforce with third‐party platforms
* Ability to translate business operations into system design
