Perigon Group is proud to be partnering with Coho Resources to find a CFO for their growing operations with offices in Brisbane and Roma. They are a privately owned company in the Oil & Gas mining services industry who specialise in providing drilling and completion solutions to a range of clients in Queensland. The business began in 2012 and since then has enjoyed great success and now employ over 100 employees and operate a diversified multi-entity business.
This role will report directly to CEO and be accountable to the board with complete responsibility for the administration and finance functions. A key focus and requirement of this role will be to work closely with all parts of the business to ensure the delivery of the company's strategic plan. The CFO will have responsibility for overseeing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities and services as well as supporting the CEO to develop and foster a performance-driven environment. The business is seeking an energetic, hands-on, precise, and passionate CFO with extensive experience in producing short and long-term improvements, across both Finance and the wider organisation.
You will be a highly skilled business partnering professional who will foster a collaborative environment in which the sales and operations team are able to further develop and expand on their current success. This role will be responsible for the complete budgeting and financial planning function which will provide regular value-add insights to assist with making informed and improved commercial decisions.
The CFO will have complete responsibility for the finance function, and be a highly experienced leader of people, who collaborates with their staff and is focused on their development as well as that of the business. This role will establish and maintain strong relationships with their internal team, senior leadership group as well as all external providers and stakeholders including lenders, advisors, auditors, insurance, customers and suppliers.
