As a seasoned finance leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our hotel. This is a key role within our leadership team and will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position that involves actively contributing to business decision-making while ensuring compliance and execution of business plans. Some of the key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring all accounting practices comply with company and government regulations
* Maintaining and updating budgets and forecasts
* Administering and controlling cash management for the hotel
* Liaising with internal and external auditors
* Working closely with departments to ensure payroll management and efficiencies
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to grow and develop your internal talent within all departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A relevant CA/CPA or degree equivalent
* 5 years of experience in a similar role in a large hotel
* Effective communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy
* Proven success leading and developing teams
