Job Description
The role of Maintenance Team Leader is to oversee the daily operations of a maintenance team across multiple centres in South-East QLD & Northern NSW Region.
This is a full-time position where you will contribute to safe and efficient environments where children and teams can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate onsite maintenance teams ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Manage daily, weekly and quarterly maintenance schedules to maintain smooth operations.
* Mentor team members and foster a positive team culture promoting strong communication and time management skills.
* Liaise with Centre Directors to align work with centre operations ensuring seamless collaboration.
* Complete general and preventative maintenance tasks using CMMS (MEX).
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A trade background or strong maintenance experience is essential for success in this role.
* Leadership and workflow coordination skills are necessary for effective teamwork.
* CMMS knowledge particularly MEX will be beneficial in managing tasks efficiently.
* A current Working with Children Check and Police Clearance is mandatory.
* A Full Driver's Licence and willingness to travel are required for this position.
* Strong communication and time management skills are crucial for effective teamwork.
* Owning tools is also an advantage.
