Responsibilities
Provide in-home personal care and daily living assistance (e.g., showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, ironing)
Support clients to maintain independence and improve quality of life
Follow individualised Care Plans and assist with community-based activities
Assist with transportation, shopping, and appointment attendance
Engage with clients respectfully and build meaningful relationships
Role requirements
Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or an equivalent qualification – Essential
Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) – Essential
Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work – Essential
Experience with technology including smartphones, tablets, laptops
Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
