Job Title: Administrative Professional
Executive Support Role:
* Deliver high-level administrative support services, including calendar management and meeting organization.
* Prepare agendas, take minutes, and compose emails on behalf of the Executive Director.
* Manage a shared mailbox and coordinate incoming requests.
* Draft responses to correspondence and enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate critical reporting functions.
* Compile and monitor briefing notes and business cases.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in an executive support position (minimum 3-5 years).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Excellent organisational skills and communication abilities.
