About the opportunity
The Research Outputs Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the diligent collection and verification of research outputs. This role actively supports the broader Research Outputs and Academic Profiles team. They also introduce enhancements to data collection processes and uphold university and governmental data standards.
About the team
The Research Outputs and Academic Profiles team is responsible for the stewardship of the University's research outputs and academic profiles, maintaining data integrity, streamlining processes, and supporting the visibility of Sydney's research excellence.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
* assist in collecting, verifying, and maintaining research outputs for various research reporting needs
* apply data validation, integrity checking methodologies, and initiate cleansing processes
* contribute ideas to streamline processes
* take the lead in handling stakeholder communications, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration within the work area and beyond.
About you
We are looking for an experienced research administration professional who:
* holds relevant tertiary qualifications with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
* has customer service experience and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
* is experienced in data collection, processing, maintenance and reporting
* is skilled in accuracy and has high attention to detail
* has demonstrated project management experience.
